Use the right page#
| Area | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Customers | account follow-up, stale records, open balances, and link hygiene |
| Vendors | supplier setup, contacts, remit-to details, and payment terms |
| Relationships | linked entities, recent transactions, cash positions, and top partners |
Customers now has a real priority queue#
The customer directory can filter by:
- lifecycle state: lead, prospect, active, suspended, archived, blacklisted
- account state: linked, invited, unlinked
- sort: largest open balance, most recent activity, name A-Z
The priority queue pushes up customers with stale activity, open balances, missing account links, or restricted lifecycle states.
Vendors are more than a name and phone number#
The vendor flow now supports:
- search and status filters
- draft, active, and archived vendor states
- payment terms
- contact name, email, and phone
- remit-to address
- duplicate checks while you create the record
- activation and archive controls from vendor details
Draft and archived vendors keep their existing bills, purchase orders, payments, documents, and history, but they cannot receive a new bill or purchase order until they are active again.
If the vendor should receive bills or payments, fill the remit-to and terms before the first transaction depends on them.
Use Relationships when the issue is bigger than one record#
Open Relationships when you need:
- linked entity health
- recent transaction context
- cash-position context
- top customers by balance and recency
- top vendors by payables and activity
For vendor work, the relationship view also supports vendor status filters and payable-focused sorting.
When to leave these pages#
- Open Customers > Sync log when the real issue is connector or bank-feed health.
- Open Accounting when the follow-up is now collections, payables, or reconciliation work.
- Open Documents when the next step is a contract, signature request, or stored file.
