The new rule#
Zelio no longer uses business scopes like Goods, Services, or Rentals as
the main way to move around the product.
Instead:
- Activity is where custom operating views live.
- the Activity view dropdown decides which operating view you are looking at
- the other sections stay unified and use internal filters, tabs, and saved views instead of route-level scope switches
What changes by Activity view#
| Area | What changes |
|---|---|
| Activity | the queue, widgets, KPIs, quick actions, and process surfaces |
| Work | the shared work records and saved Work views |
| Processes | workflows, forms, and assignments that can support Activity views |
What stays unified#
| Page | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Products | one catalog page with the right views for the capabilities you enabled |
| Assets | one inventory and asset page with stock, assets, and location views |
| Accounting | one finance page instead of separate scope variants |
| Customers, Vendors, Documents, Employees | one durable page per subject with role-aware actions and layouts |
Good operating habits#
- If Activity looks wrong, switch views before assuming the data is missing.
- If a page looks too broad or too narrow, check the filters, saved view, or selected record instead of looking for a scope switch.
- Use Processes to decide which workflows and forms each role should see.
Shortcuts#
Ctrl+Alt+1throughCtrl+Alt+0jump between Activity through Processes.- Use the shell nav to reach Operations, Capital, Relationships, Sync log, and other deeper pages.
